MARGAO: Talks of an alliance between Congress Party and Nationalistic Congress Party (NCP) will be just of name sake if happen, as lone desperate NCP MLA of Benaulim Churchill Alemao on Saturday hinted out of playing a different political game in wake of upcoming elections.
He will be announcing his major political decision on November 29.

Speaking to the media persons, Churchill expressed frustration and anger at the Congress leaders for failure in finalising the conclusion of alliance issue.
He has already expressed his views in these regards to his workers at the meeting held at Navelim on Saturday.
“I will announce my political decision on November 29, and all speculations will come to an end on that day. My workers have given me a green signal to take appropriate decisions in the view of upcoming elections,” he stated.
Churchill said he didn’t need to resign from the party, when asked by the media persons.
“I cannot tell what my decision will be until November 29. At the moment I can’t even say that I will be doing an alliance with any other political party, but a major decision will be taken very soon,” he stated.
When asked about the talks pertaining to an alliance with Congress, he said eight months have passed and nothing has been finalised. Today, they were supposed to have a talk in this regard but Congress leaders failed to attend the meeting.
“I don’t know what the Congress leaders are thinking of themself, but they failed to take the right decision on an alliance. Congress Party failed in the last elections by giving tickets to the youth leaders, as many shifted from the party. Congress is still working in an old pattern,” charged Churchill.
