Hats off to Herald

Like me, our dear Chief Minister, was also awakened by Herald’s voice of the people, when he said that the editorial writer is not a Goan but an outsider. Whatever the case may be, our newspaper gave us the wake-up call and it must be heeded by all.
I am proud to note that at least our CM recognized that he is a Goan. But, if he is a true Goan, how come when he was chosen to be the Chief Minister of Goa and Goans, and the official language of Goa being Konkani, why did he take the oath in Marathi along with other Goan ministers? Truth is bitter, when it is exposed it is difficult to digest, hence all negativity crops up.
Our hats off to Herald for taking the initiative to wake up Goans along with other NGOs like Goans for Goa, Goans For Dabolim Only (GFDO) and others, who are leaving no stone unturned to keep our Goa safe from all those who are deliberately doing their best to destroy our Golden land.
Utt Goenkarano Utt, amcho vell atam zagrut raupacho.
