Bal Bhavan
Panaji and its 52 Bal Bhavan Kendras all over Goa had organized Summer Camps during the
months of April and May 2018. As a part of this Camp, Bal Bhavan has organized
at Kala Academy. “Balotsav” (Children’s Festival 2018) recently at the Dinanath
Mangueshkar Kala Mandir, Kala Academy, Panaji. This ‘Balotsav’ consisted of
colourful cultural programme of dance, songs, drama and music and exhibition of
Art & Craft, Clay Modelling items prepared by the children at Art Gallery of
Kala Academy.

Madkaikar, Minister of Social Welfare was the Chief Guest for this “Balotsav
2018” programme.
