The best chance fell for Cana-Benaulim close to the final whistle but Bardez Veterans goal keeper Domnick D’Souza made a brilliant save to deny Marcus Carvalho.
In the penalty shoot-out, Narendra Gaad, Fausto Lobo, Allwyn Fernandes and Datta Bhoji were successful for Bardez while Nickesh Fernandes and Rocky Pereira netted for Cana-Benaulim. The final is slated on September 14.
