Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said that within a year necessary laws would be amended in the Goa legislative assembly so that farmers get the agricultural land that belongs to bhatkars (landlords). The Chief Minister was speaking on the sidelines of the Prime Minister’s Garib Kalyan Yojana meeting with farmers of the entire country on Tuesday.
