PANJIM: Rafa Boys of MaddoVaddo, Calangute emerged winners of the late Fr Edward Francis Rego 3-a-side football tie-breaker contest organised by St Joseph’s, Calangute OBA defeating St Peter’s Boys B, Tivia Vaddo Calangute in final at Calangute recently.
The winners were awarded Rs 25,000 while the runners-up had to be content with Rs 15,000. Altogether 84 teams participated from different parts of Goa. Bro Joseph Pasala, Director and Anthony Lobo were present for the final.
