Some people go to the gym to pump those muscles; Saurabh pushed them hard on the squash and tennis courts. He plays these sports 3 or 4 times a week. It keeps him fit and on his toes.
He wakes up at 7.30, drops his daughter at school and is at his desk by 9.30 at the latest. Saurabh loves his Bollywood music but is also keen on retro music. He likes to listen to live bands. His busy life means, he does not have the time to read but when he travels, he peruses management books and mystery novels. Sherlock Holmes is a favourite and the BBC series is a hit with him along with another show called Elementary. He likes to watch superheroes and is a complete movie buff. At night at home, he prefers watching a movie or a show like ‘2 and a half men’ which is a favourite.
Life in a hostel has put him off spicy food and he enjoys Mediterranean fare and Italian cuisine is a favourite. He loves his burgers and Burger factory and Maracas is a favourite restaurant in Goa. He enjoys Indigo Deli in Delhi and Mumbai. Like many senior executives a long drawn out holiday has not been his fate. Since the birth of his child, the family have not travelled abroad. Mumbai and Bengaluru are favourite cities that he visits quite regularly.
In five years he would prefer to be well settled in Goa. Amen to that.
