It’s been a very long wait for the Kopites and they have much to thank Jurgen Klopp who took them forward with his very calm leadership as football manager. The four-goal victory against Crystal Palace confirmed the championship for a team with a great history. By winning it, Liverpool claimed the unusual achievement of winning the Premier League earlier than any other team by games played (with seven remaining) and later than any other team by date (being the only team to clinch the title in June).
Finally, it’s their year, after years and years of struggle and slip ups it’s good to see them win the league for the first time in 30 years. We’ll get to hear about this victory from their fans every single year till eternity for sure. -Shashwat Kamat , Student, Porvorim

The championship was possible due to their strategy of sticking with the coach for a long time coupled with a good recruitment process. Trent Alexander-Arnold was a revelation and so was their exciting front 3, comprising Salah, Firmino and Mane. Getting Van dyk was a big turning point for them as it strengthened their defence. I’m so happy that Liverpool has won the EPL title this year. They’ve shown consistency throughout the league lost just 1 game out of 31. Last year they lost the title just by 1 point.
