The saga is drawn out over every single second of the 90-minute-long battle, and for those who believe, they will bleed their team’s colours, with every victory being a cause for celebration, and every loss a cause of dread beyond measure.
This season has seen many such ups and downs and as things stand, the teams that have truly been outstanding are perennial dark horses, Arsenal, and surprise new entrants, Leicester City. Teams like Chelsea see themselves firmly lodged just above the relegation lot, and Manchester United fans have called for manager Louis Van Gaal’s head on more than one occasion.
