VOICES OF GOA

Hubert Gomes: This evening, when I went through the newspapers, I must say I was very upset with the kind of ‘excessive force’ that was used against the PEACEFUL agitation of our social activists in Panaji, yesterday. I think the whole thing could and should have been handled better. My most heart felt sympathies with those who got injured yesterday. Your agitation will not go in vain, for the TRUTH behind Fr Bismarque’s death will prevail one day, soon
Sydney D’mello: Dear Mr. Cheap Minister (CM), let me interpret for your understanding. Fr. Bismark’s death was not a “mistake of God”. His mysterious death is a case of murder, Justice been delayed and denied is definitely a “mistake of yourself “. Your so called goon’s in uniform(policeman) who disrupted and disgraced peaceful protester’s yesterday had once surrendered their balls upside down against Nigerian 7 footers, which is again a “ Mistake of your government “. Your disgrace governance and (BJP) dictatorship had murdered democracy in goa…your countdown starts now…we will come in large, loud, roaring and crossing all barriers to defeat you with the rise of hundred Bismark’s which you can definitely consider now its a “Mistake of God”, Lord have Mercy.!
Colin Savio Coelho: Enough is enough. We have a ‘lottery’ Chief Manipulator (CM) but the life of Goans is not a lottery in his hands. We decide our fate, our lives. Get that straight Lottery CM
Fernandes Casio Ashley: If DIGP Goa can read n understand sec144…..Central Government Act Section 144 in The Indian Penal Code 144. Joining unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapon.—Whoever, being armed with any deadly weapon, or with anything which, used as a weapon of offence, is likely to cause death, is a member of an unlawful assembly, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both
Derrick Dias: I was one of the many that was detained at Anjuna ! What I have learnt is 1) a second rung leadership should be there to take over if the leaders are detained . 2) We have to think like the police what tactics they will use to stop the protest and avoid that trap. 3) Each group taken by the cops should have a person knowing the law to argue with the cops at the police stations WE NEED TO OUT THINK THEM !
Harry Carvalho: We want the youth of Goa to come out and fight for Goa. On 21st November there were more senior citizens. …The youth was missing. If the youth come out and support the cause see how the cops put their tail in their arse and watch…like they did when nigerians went on a rampage.
Shawn Sohit Vernekar: Goan chief minister should be forced to resign! He is not capable of taking care of his citizens
Daniella Pinto: Guys .. We have been arrested for peacefully walking the streets of panjim. Cheers. Macho. Cheap Monster. Goans r coming out and b r arrested. When outsiders protest, it’s their right. Come out in large numbers guys. Next stop. CMs residence..
Sameer Mirajkar: If only 20% of the youth in Goa stood for Fr. Bismarque Dias, our society would revolutionise! #JusticeForFatherBismarque #LongLiveFatherBismarque #GoaForBismarque #NDTV#BBCNews
Inacio A Fernandes: Apparently the Government thinks that every thing can be put on sale with price tags. Bhava, such comments are not becoming of the office you hold. Viva Goa
Renoir Cota: Goa’s Professional policemen showing their skills in brutality in dealing with a peaceful protest for the world to see. John D’Costa: Every #Goan post a Black Flag outside shops offices houses farms everywhere. Let all visitors know what is happening let the press know share this do this for #Goa for #justice for Dias Bismarque. No one can STOP every Goan united. #revolution starred.
