Everyone treats success in same way

It is heartbreaking to note that one serious road accident in the country occurs every minute and a sudden, accidental, unexpected or traumatic death shatters the family. It is often a loss that does not make sense. We realise that life is not always fair and that sometimes bad things happen to good people. The sudden death leaves family shattered and desperate. How do we handle the news that a close young friend or relative has just been killed in an terrible accident, or taken by a sudden illness, just when everything seemed all set up for their happiness and well-being and a fulfilling earthly existence?
Recently, I was shaken up when I learnt about a Harley Davidson bike rider who lost his life in an accident at a young age. A fun-loving man who loved bikes was snatched in a fraction of a second. What I got to know that this young man was a humble and family oriented and loved his family very much. He was devoted to his mother and always gave the best to his mother as well to his wife/daughters. So I can imagine the void his family is going through at this moment. By human standards life seems unfair and God knows best and He has plans for each one of us. We then wonder where is justice and where can one find peace, hope, and content in such an uncertain and unjust world?
In these times of uncertainty and insecurity God is our only hope. Life is so uncertain so let’s work to be humble as being humble, kind, and calm is the only right thing to do. God teaches us to be humble as a humble person is a real, honest and realistic. Well, it’s said never let success get to your head and never let failure get to your heart.
In life the only ones who truly realise success are those who see failure time and time again, but refuse to recognize it as such. Therefore what is humility, then? It is acknowledging our success results from God.
Many abandon the values and principles that have made them successful.
And worse yet, because they’re successful in one area of their life, they come to think they’re experts in everything. The simple truth is that not everyone treats success the same. Some people who achieve success remain humble, never forgetting who they are and from where they came. The truth is, money doesn’t make you a better person. It simply means that you have more money than others. We should appreciate what we have in our lives as that’s our real wealth. At the end of it all no money in the world can buy everything for us. Can money buy us a close-knit family, good friends, a clear conscience, a good night sleep and above all good health?
