News surfacing is that Helmets will be made compulsory for both the rider and pillion rider. We, however, request the departments concerned to see for themselves the conditions of roads in the city areas. For instance, from Gogol circle to Rawanfond circle, the condition of the roads has gone from bad to worse. A ride on these roads is a near nightmare. The government should provide standard roads before enforcing helmet rule.
