It has been reported that on April 30, 2015, (Thursday), an anti-terrorist court in Swat valley in Pakistan, has sentenced 10 men to jail for making a gun attack on Oct 9, 2012 on Pakistani survivor activist for female education, Malala Yousafzai. It is alleged that the man named as chief suspect belonging to the Pakistan Taliban has not been included in the list of 10 convicted to jail, though identified by the police. Also the exact charges framed against these men remain unclear. Moreover, it was not an open-hearing. All these happenings/circumstances, in doubt, indicate that the trial was not fair, judicially and appears to be an ‘eye-wash’, similar to what that has happened in the case of 26/11/2008’s plotter & the master-mind on Mumbai attack Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhavi , who is in & out of jail, frequently, when India protests and US put pressure on Pakistan. Therefore, an International Court of Justice UN should look into the matter seriously and order re-trial in this case of attack on Malala Yousafzai.
