The pot shots exchanged between the Congress and the BJP shows no signs of easing anytime soon. It all started with Rahul Gandhi’s ‘suit-boot ki sarkar’ barb and the saffron party responding with a googly by saying that it is a soojh-boojh ki sarkar and taking a dig at the Congress vice-president for his unholy absence.
To rub it in further Finance Minister Arun Jaitley took a jibe at the Congress by remarking that “It is good to be suited, but dangerous to be booted out”. It is apparent that this round has gone to the BJP.
