This is with the article “Bus owners to challenge ban on multi- tone horns”. Multi tone horns should not be allowed on any vehicle, as it creates more of a hazard than good for people who “live in their own world”.
I have noticed that the users of these horns come close behind and at the side of vehicle and blare these multi-tone horns, thus scaring the target person and cause possible ear damage. Further, the use of loud horns in cars/bikes must be disallowed as teenagers use the same irresponsible and arrogantly.
After all, vehicle owners in Goa believe that blaring ones horn is safer to communicate without verbal aggression and will confidently hoot and sport a arrogant face. Everyone on the road in Goa is absolutely impatient.
