Great news for Goans that we have two representatives as Union Ministers. One is tourism and other is our chief minister Mr Parrikar being elevated as defence minister. I feel now it will be easier for both these minsters at the center to press for special status for Goa.
The new defence minister should also make effort to shift the naval airport from Dabolim to naval base at Karwar and make Dabolim airport a full-fledged civilian airport. All the best Mr Parrikar for your new posting as Defence Minister.
