The Narendra Modi government at the centre is currently aggressively working to forcibly impose its most dangerous ‘Hindutva’ agenda almost everywhere (including in schools and colleges) at the behest of its mentor namely, the RSS. Its ministers are of late openly heard promising to forcibly saffronize the education system by compulsorily imposing sacred Hindu religious books like Ramayana, Bhagwad Gita, plus Sanskrit in schools and colleges to teach children about Indian culture and liberate the country from western influences/culture. It appears the BJP wants to take our children backward by brainwashing them with a ‘Hindutva’ agenda.
Don’t other sacred religious books of the world, like the Bible and the Quran, make people living in this country better citizens and help them to live like civilized human beings? If these particular BJP leaders are so allergic towards western culture then why do they tour these western countries with a begging bowl or signing deals, flying in foreign-made aircrafts, roaming in foreign-made cars? Why are they inviting foreign investors to set up companies if western culture is so bad for this country?
Western-based education has made the people of this country more advanced and taught them to think better with a healthier mind. It has also helped them fight for their fundamental rights and to come out from all types of injustices that have been going on since the ages based on caste, creed and religion.
Some of the BJP leaders behave like the ancient kings and like them love to portray themselves as protectors or upholders of a particular religious majority community for political gains. Leaders who do not know to respect religious books, the eating habits of others, who understand nothing about the word ‘culture’ and who are still bent on building this nation, not based on commonsense but entirely based on some mythology of the past, should stop lecturing on Indian culture. If the BJP leaders still do not know to learn to live in the present then they should resign and allow some more liberal open-minded modern leaders to take over and run the country for the betterment of our future generations.
So, say no to those who are running a so-called ‘elected government’ at the centre but inwardly trying to divide India by unleashing their hidden agenda at the behest of their known dangerous fascist extremist group.
