because the poor and common people had been suffering before due to wrong policies of earlier Governments and they will keep suffering in future too at the hands of subsequent governments.
The common and poor people, by this time, are fully aware that they are fighting a WAR against black money and corruption exactly like our soldiers fight on borders against our enemies. Our soldiers sacrifice their lives for us & for our Nation with all the happiness, often leaving their loved ones behind to suffer. We tend to forget their sacrifices as time goes by. Now the poor and common people say at least let us get united and do something for our nation as the opportunity has come in our way to fight unitedly this menace of black money & corruption by sustaining temporary inconveniences.
These agitating politicians are trapped in black money and to garner the support trying to misguide the common and ordinary poor people who do not have the black money. The poor people always had been living in misery and demonetisation has been adding to it a bit further temporarily. At least they all hope these temporary hardships, causing due to sudden demonetisation decision, will some day in future will bring few happy moments in their lives. It was a “hopeless” situation, created by earlier governments and now it is turning into the “hope” and with this difference change in way of life the common & poor people can live further.
The agitating politicians claim that the poor and common people are suffering the most due to demonetisation and they want to fight against this decision as though it appears these agitating politicians suddenly felt concerned to fight for poor. The fact of the matter is they had all the opportunity in the world to take such decisions against corruption and black money when they were ruling this nation for years together. They failed to take decisions just because they had no intention to take risk for losing out on their vote bank.
My question is why have they not come forward to debate and discuss issues concerning the poor & common people more aggressively in the past like they are doing now so unitedly. My advice to them is that please don’t underestimate the common sense of common people. Stop misguiding and taking them for ride for own benefits and with ulterior motives. If you all are really concerned then debate how to reduce the agonies of common & poor people as we go through this process of demonetisation. This historic decision cannot be rolled back at this stage as demanded by few political parties. Have some common sense please.
