120 new Covid cases recorded in State

The government has set a target to vaccinate 9 lakh people in the State.

PANJIM: A total of 120 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in the State on Monday, taking the positivity percentage to 13.3 per cent.

Also, 903 samples were tested while 85 patients recovered during the last 24 hours. With this, the active caseload stood at 946 and the recovery rate was 98.06 per cent. 

No COVID-19 death was reported and there was no hospitalisation, states a bulletin by the Directorate of Health Services. 

Meanwhile, 1485 precautionary doses were administered to the beneficiaries in the state on Monday. With this, the total number of doses given to all types of beneficiaries is 39,807. The government has set a target to vaccinate 9 lakh people in the State.
