PONDA: A 19-year-old boy reportedly committed suicide at his residence at Madapai-Marcela on Monday afternoon. According to Ponda Police, the body of Swapnil Gaude was found hanging to the rafter with the help of a nylon rope. The incident came to light when Gaude’s sister returned from college at about 2 pm.
Police said the deceased, who had completed Std 11, had left suicide notes on the diaries to his father, mother, sister and also to the police.
They informed that in the letter to the police the youth wrote no one should be held responsible for his death.
