3 accused in Moti Dongor case move court

MARGAO, JAN 3  
The three accused arrested in the Moti Dongor attack case have moved the South Goa Sessions Court for bail, even as the minor boy arrested by the police in the case was released on Monday.
The bail applications will come up for hearing before the court on Tuesday evening, as the court has sought reply from the Margao police to the bail applications.
The three accused have been in custody for the last six days after they were remanded to police custody by a local court.
The Margao police have arrested the trio under Section 307 of the IPC for attempt to murder Maqbool and others atop the hillock.
However, the remaining four accused, including main accused Bashir Sheikh, are still absconding.
The police are investigating.
