PANJIM: Five gazetted officers have been transferred by the Personnel Department, including South Goa Collector Mihir Vardhan, IAS, who has been shifted back to his previous posting as North Goa Collector. He has been replaced by Additional Collector-I (South) Venancio Furtado.
