Agonda: Rosario Fernandes, 59, from Val, Agonda ended his life at residence on Tuesday night. Canacona police had sent the body to South Goa District Hospital for autopsy after conducting the panchnama.
The body was later handed over to his family on Tuesday and today, Thursday, last rites will be performed at St Anne’s Church burial ground.

Local Stevie Fernandes said that the deceased had attempted suicide twice before and as per the police, he was under stress since the last few days.
