PORVORIM: Four cars and two two-wheelers were damaged after a huge mango tree came crashing on them at Guddem-Siolim on Tuesday.
According to Mapusa fire station office, they received a call in the morning stating that a huge tree got uprooted and fell on the vehicles, disrupting the traffic.
Fire Sub Officer Subhash Shirodker along with other staff rushed to the spot and cut the tree and cleared the road for vehicular traffic.
It took them nearly 8 hours to cut the tree.
