The High Court of Bombay at Goa has taken suo motu cognizance of the alleged brutal attack on Adv Gajanan Sawant by four policemen. The court which took up the matter on Wednesday asked the lawyers to file a petition in the case with grounds and prayers. The High Court also asked the State the Crime Branch and the SP to file their say by 20th December. The matter will be heard on 21st December.
