PANJIM: Wilbur Fredrick Ticlo, brother of Aldona MLA Glen Ticlo and former Porvorim Block Congress committee general secretary joined Goa Trinamool Congress Party (TMC) on Thursday in the presence of All India Trinamool Congress (AITMC) national vice president Luizinho Faleiro and senior leaders Adv Yatish Naik, Mario Pinto and former MLA Farrel Furtado e Gracias.
Wilbur Ticlo was the Porvorim Block Congress Committee general secretary between 2017 and 2021 and contested as an independent candidate in the 2017 Assembly elections from Porvorim constituency. He is also the founding member and the vice president of the citizens’ group ‘Goenche Rakhandar.’
