The
village panchayat of Caiusa, Anjuna under the order of BDO
has sealed Bloo Resorts. As per the agreement the property was rented to Anil Rawat
for 11 months. However, co-owner Satyavan Parab has said that Rawat had been
illegally operating his business for 36 months without paying rent. When Parab
demanded that Rawat renew the rental agreement, charges for kidnapping and
trespassing were filed against the co-owners.
Rawat is currently
absconding with keys to the resort while the owners are left with damaged
property and hefty bills to pay.
