The Sessions Court has rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by Malcolm Agnelo Pereira in connection with the alleged assault of Gerson Gomes.
Cuncolim Police opposed the plea, citing five previous cases/proceedings involving Pereira and contending that his custodial interrogation was necessary for an effective and comprehensive investigation.
