MARGAO: Maina Curtorim Police registered an unnatural death case following the suicide committed by a 17-year-old girl at her residence at Moll in Sao Jose de Areal.
The minor hanged herself from the ceiling fan with the help of a dupatta in the morning as her parents had shouted at her and forbidden her from going for cricket practice as it was a Sunday. The girl was studying in the XI standard at Multipurpose Higher Secondary School.
