A 29-year-old man from Aurangabad-Maharashtra, who was feared drowned off Baga beach on Monday, was found dead near Hotel Goan Heritage, Calangute, on Tuesday morning.
According to Dristi Special Response Service (DSRS), the body was seen floating by the lifeguards of DSRS, who brought the body to the shore by Jet-Ski and alerted Calangute police.
The deceased has been identified as Bhimrao Vithal Mugdal, who was working as a ward boy at Hegdewar Hospital, Aurangabad.
