Bad weather forces back flight

VASCO: Due to bad weather an Air India flight from Bangalore to Goa which was about to land at Dabolim airport, had to be diverted back to Bangalore airport at the last moment leaving 140 passengers who were supposed to board the Air India flight after its arrival stranded at the airport.
According to information, long queues were seen at Dabolim airport as passengers waited to board the aircraft while outside the terminal building, relatives and friends, who had come to pick passengers, had to wait for hours. “It is true that the Air India flight was diverted due to bad weather and would come back later”  said AAI director K S Rao.
