VASCO: Few fishing boat owners from Khariwado, Vasco on Tuesday demanded compensation for the damage caused to their boats after a barge reportedly drifted in the sea on Monday night, which allegedly damaged their boats.
Some fishing boat owners from Khariwado claimed that on Monday night, a barge loaded with the cargo reportedly got drifted and damaged their boats anchored at the Khariwado Jetty area.
The fishing boat owners have demanded that they should be compensated by the barge owner for the losses.
