MAPUSA: Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker Dr Pramod Sawant has urged the student community to be career oriented and set their goals when young.
He also praised the founders of the Dnyanprasaarak Vidyalaya High School, Mapusa for their vision in starting a school and providing education.
He was addressing students on the occasion of the inauguration of a modernized hi-tech science laboratory at Dnyanprasaarak Vidyalaya High School, Mapusa on Thursday.
The modernized science laboratory has been sponsored by the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) of the school at a cost of around Rs 14,50,000 and has the best equipment across North Goa right now.
This science laboratory comprises of all the facilities for the students to conduct experiments and also to enhance their scientific knowledge.
