PILERNE: The Pilerne-Marra Village panchayat launched beautification works of the surrounding area of Goleshwar Temple on Tuesday in the presence of the residents of Pilerne – Marra. The works are being undertaken at an estimated cost of approximately Rs 7.60 lakhs.
It was a long pending demand from the locals to carry out this work which comprises of pavers being placed and seating arrangement for locals.
The work was inaugurated by Pilerne-Marra Sarpanch, Ajay Govekar in the presence of panch members, Sandeep Bandodkar, Brenda Vaz, Santosh Bandodkar and Karan Govenkar.
