MARGAO: Maina Curtorim police arrested Sikandar Sahani, 32, from Bihar for defiling a place of worship as he vandalised a cross at Cupem in Nuvem near the Govid Poi Oxygen Factory last night between 10 pm and 11 pm. PSI Parag Parikh who is investigating the case said that Sikandar is a beggar and used to sleep in a structure behind the vandalised cross.
