MARGAO: In a wake of High Court orders pertaining to western bypass and pipeline for treated sewage water, villagers of Benaulim are hoping for much needed solution and support from the panchayat body, as the special gram sabha, to discuss on both the issues, will be held on Sunday, May 1.
The venue of meeting has been shifted to the newly constructed Our Lady of Patrocinio Chapel Hall, Benaulim, instead of Panchayat Hall.
As informed by the sources, the Village Panchayat of Benaulim has prepared some plans which will be known to the people at the time of gram sabha.
