PONDA: The Bethora-Borim Bypass along Margao-Belgaum Highway has turned into a garbage dumping site.
The locals complain that the bypass has turned into an eyesore on account of the garbage dumped by passersby.

A decade ago, the bypass was constructed to ease the traffic on NH coming from Ponda.
