PANJIM: The second meeting of the national executive of BJP under the leadership of Rajnath Singh will be held in Goa from June 7 to June 9, as disclosed by BJP general secretary Narendra Sawaikar at a press conference Saturday.
The decision was taken during the last national executive meeting, held in March, he said but the venue of the meeting is yet to be decided. Around 250-delegates would be attending the three day meeting.
When asked, BJP spokesman Dr Wilfred Mesquita said that the top national leaders such as BJP president Rajnath Singh, Lal Krishna Advani, Sushma Swaraj, Narendra Modi, Nitin Gadkari and others would be attending the meeting. Chief Ministers and opposition leader from other parts of the country would be also be present.
Mesquita, however, refused to disclose the agenda of the meeting. “The agenda has to be decided by the national leaders. We have no idea about it,” he confessed.
