BICHOLIM: The Bicholim Municipal Council (BMC) Chief Officer Kabir Shirgaonkar has filed a police complaint against a person for obstructing public servant on duty.

In his complaint, the CO has stated that on the weekly bazaar day, Municipal Inspector Gajanan Pawar and Kirti Matodkar were abused by a person name Shariff. He started arguing using bad words when the staff had gone in the market to drive away the vendors.
The complainant stated that the person threatened and obstructed them in performing their duty.
The CO has requested the police to investigate the matter and take necessary action.
