MARGAO: A 31-year-old woman, who was identified as Kastoori Chandrakant Arkeri, residing at Marlem, Borda, Margao, was burnt to death in a fire late Tuesday night.
According to Margao fire brigade it received a call on March 4 at 10.50 pm informing it of a fire in a house at Marlem. When the fire personnel rushed to the spot they found that the woman, who was alone, charred to death.
Margao police transferred the corpse to Hospicio morgue.
