CANACONA: Sports Minister and Canacona MLA Ramesh Tawadkar has assured that the two bridges on the Galgibaga and Talpona rivers will be constructed within the next four years.
“A deficit in payments left by the previous Congress-led government compelled us to leave a number of developmental works for the last one year and they include both bridges at Talpona and Galgibaga,” Tawadkar remarked.

“We will take up the Talpona and Galgibaga bridges in the next financial year and we will commence works during that period. The bridges will be completed well before next four years,” he added.
