MARGAO: Cana-Benaulim Village Panchayat Deputy Sarpanch Nilesh Prabhudesai submitted his resignation from the post on Saturday.
Prabhudesai claimed that he did not want to be part of the misdeeds and unlawful decisions that have been taken by Sarpanch Vencilla Fernandes.

In his resignation letter, which was incidentally addressed to the Sarpanch, Prabhudesai levelled numerous allegations against Fernandes and used the same to justify his need to resign as deputy sarpanch.
