Casino case involving Mickky adjourned

MARGAO, FEB 28
The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao has fixed March 30 as the date for the appearance of former tourism Minister Mickky Pacheco in the Casino case.
Pacheco was issued summons by the Court for his appearance in the court on Monday afternoon. He, however, could not make it to the court room, prompting the Judge to adjourn the case to March 30, informed Pacheco’s lawyer, Adv Srikant Nayak.
The electricity junior assault case also came up for hearing before the JMFC, Margao on Monday. The matter was later adjourned to March 14, informed Adv Nayak.
