PANJIM: The Crime Branch (CB) is likely to issue a red-corner notice through Interpol to seek custody of former Louis Berger executive James McClung, who has till date failed to reply to summons issued about 10 days ago.
The CB had sought the Dubai national’s deposition with summons sent to the company’s head quarters in New Jersey (US), and country offices in Gurgaon and Delhi as they are unaware of his exact location.
In the summons, the CB had given McClung 15 days to appear before it so as to record his statement in connection with his revelation about bribing Goan officials and a politician to secure a JICA project in Goa in 2010.
