MARGAO: Principal Sessions Judge B P Deshpande on Monday explained the murder charge framed against forty-six-year-old Francis Fernandes, who is accused of killing 26-year-old Lyston Colaco.
The matter has been fixed for hearing September 10.
On March 27, 2017, when Lyston was sitting with three other friends at the canal in Dramapur, Francis stabbed Lyston, who died when taken to Hospicio.
