The on and off BSNL landline service is becoming unbearable to put up with. Most of the subscribers have discontinued with the service for which they were paying monthly bills but getting no satisfactory service attendance.
Rightly so, I received a notification as on May 5, to keep me informed that my complaint number 1058564881 registered will be attended shortly.
A number of visits from then to the Porvorim BSNL Exchange to set my landline working have received no attention from the staff, who complain of not having received their salaries for months and the lineman is given no transport to attend complaints.
Is this the way our government in power should function in the internet/digital age when the whole world is moving ahead with modern advanced technology and the BSNL service once active is now slumbering, inconveniencing landline subscribers.
