Our Government of Goa, if you do not wear a helmet, no licence, any documents, wrong parking and if you are drunk, puts you a solid fine. It’s ok.
But I want to ask our government, that all our roads in Goa are in bad shape and with potholes. So who will put fines for the government for building such roads, every year? See our motorbikes, cars’ conditions, tyres get worn out soon.
So who will give us the money to put new tyres again? We pay road tax etc. So why isn’t our State government taking action on this, and why they do not inform this to Central government? Central government only knows to make rules on fines? Central Government must know about the bad condition of roads also.
Hope our State government will take action after repairing all the roads in Goa and then make the fine rules compulsory.
