This crawler excavator was seen moving on the NH17b highway. Such heavy earth moving machinery (crawlers) should not be allowed to move on black topped roads. These contractors are only saving their money of transporting such crawlers on low bed trailers and are travelling on black topped roads thereby destroying the roads which are made dangerous for other motorists specially two-wheelers.
The RTO and the patrolling police should keep a watch and should not allow such things to happen. They should impose fines for such operators.
