One is used to see garbage strewn along the roads across Goa, but this pile will break all records. This was at the side of the fruit and vegetable section of the main South Goa Planning and Development Authority (SGPDA) market at Margao, which I photographed recently.
We are heading for a serious outbreak of gastroenteritis or some other disease if we continue like this. No accountability, plain and simple.
