The government should make efforts to generate one ration card assuming only Aadhaar Card so that the poor people do not suffer. Nowadays, digital governance is being executed in the country, so cases of theft are easily detected. The government must be aware that no one can produce two ration cards in the country, so why is there such complications to make a ration card? Why do we need so many documents? Rs 50 for writing application, two affidavits of Rs 640, for the person out of Goa, Rs 50 for filling form, Rs 20 for photo copies, more amount if followed online procedure. Rs 50 for photo. What is this? The government must issue ration cards per family on the basis of Aadhaar Card. I hope the government will be adopting this system and spread awareness to avail easy ration card.
